We will encourage participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through standards, education, training, coaching and communication.
We are committed to make deliveries within the given lead-times.
In case of any force majeure, we commit to give accurate and timely information and do all we can to ensure the best solution possible if needed.
We strive towards continuous improvement of our quality management, our processes and products to prevent quality incidents and to enhance their value for our customers, employees and all other stake holders involved.
We intend to spend at least 10% of our profits towards research and development to promote the effectiveness of quality in all operations.

We shall not make use of child labour and take the appropriate measures to ensure that no child labour occurs at our place of production or operations or at our subcontractors place(s) of production.
We shall not make use of forced, prisoned, bonded or involuntary labour.
We oppose crime against women and children and commit not to deal with those who promote this.

We shall prevent workers from exposure to severe safety hazards.

We bestride to share at least 5% of our profits towards the betterment of the society through donations to charitable organizations or by other means.
